Yesterday, went to company A for shortlisting. again chat for an hour plus. things were okay till i told the lady that i had an other offer by company B. instantly, her face changed. but she is a strange person, at the same time, she was also selling the advantages of being a secretary. after the talk, she mentioned that she will consider and got back to me on the shortlisting outcome. in the same afternoon, the HR dept called me and made arrangement to meet up on Tues (this morning). in my heart, i was glad at least this issue may be settled and i am seeing the letter of employment (haha.. at last!!!).
When i went down this morning, i cant believe it!! Is it the company's culture to keep visitors or guests waiting?? i waited for another half an hr or so (agaiN!!, it's the 3rd time). the HR personnel went thru the job scope, my past working experiences etc again (i concluded that i have spend total of >5 hrs for 3 rounds of interviews).. finally, explained the benefits n package. Hear this. she told me that the monthly salary will be inclusive of AWS and i have to revert her on my expectations on the spot. i cant be taking out a calculator to figure out the amt, oni thru mental calcalation (i confessed that i am bad in maths). after the interview, took out my cell n calculated. OMG!! Overall, the amt was a bit more than my previous pay oni. well, that's so called the 'trick' or rather the catch of it, no time to consider much.. sigh.. kinda regret, should mark up a bit more.. cause she did tell me that i am missing this yr's increment n no increment after 3mths probation etc.
i was so tired by afternoon, not used to waking up early and travelling down, going thru tedious interviews. with empty stomache, exhausted and slight headache, i met up with Bae. upon reaching the coffeeshop, i went to queue at the bak cho mee stall ASAP. haha.. he realised that i am dying of starvation as i usually take my own sweet time to find seats n have diffcult time thinking what to have. haah.. i can be so piggy at times!!
Now, i can hope that both companies will show some black n white. i sian alreadi. initially, i felt so excited but now, very insecure. just hope that it's not fruitless as things oni came out of their mouths for confirmation. i am not trying to be greedy but practical. Afterall, a job is still a job at the end of the day.

It's only tuesday and i am drained..worn out.
