Can you image that I am not married to you and pple already start calling me that? Hah, not used to it. From what I recalled, after my proposal, everyone calls him my HUBBY too.. no one says 'Your Boyfriend'. Whatever then.
Feeling better after returning to work. Maybe I have kept myself occupied with work.
I am glad that more or less the things for wedd prep are settled. My gown fitting on 25 Sept, and finalized on wedding venue. Because it is theatre arrangement, that saves us from planning where guests should sit (Dont have to glue to relatives and freedom to move and select choice of food from the spread offered). We have prepared the guestlist. The venue and decor is being taken care of. I have booked the AD photographer I longed for.
The house? Not here yet? My CG said maybe I should fault it on them cause it means they have not been praying for me. Nah. I wont fault on anyone. It will come.. Cause God is never late; He is ALWAYS PUNCTUAL.
A few pieces of good advices by current house owners.
- Dont buy corridor unit, you have less privacy
- Dont buy unit near the main road, the plc will get dusty easier
- Dont buy unit near rubbish house, it will be noisy when the truck comes early in the morning or due to monsoon. There will be wind blowing from direction of rubbish house to yr plc
- Dont install windows with squarish frame in btw, rough time cleaning
- Dont buy stove with straight cut stand, it wont hold the pot or pan well
- DO look out for paint works, some times it is to conceal wordings, burns
- DO look out for leakage ard pipes and toilet ceilings
- DO ask if ask agent whether you can talk to neighbour on the same floor
- DO select a house that give a comfortable feeling when you step in.
Just had a phone conversation with my ex-colleague who is getting next yr. Her usual self, Ms Blur, had been hunting for hotel and realised that prices excludes GST, 10% charge and cese tax till I told her! Image making a loss of $100-200 per table because of the miscalculation!
Gals gossiped a lot but we also shared a lot of good stuffs that guys missed out! ;P
