Been sick for the past few days. Was given days of medical leave. Since Monday night, I dont know what has overcome me. My tummy was in sharp pain since dawn but I endured to go to work on Tuesday morning. It's been some times since I have not experienced such bad symptoms. No appetite following by vomitting out what's been consumed. Flagged and called it off near to lunch hours.
Went to doctor. He diagnosed that I am having fever and some stomach virus (which I suspended it was passed within the office as a few of my colleagues was down with same symptoms too). I slept throughout for a whole day till this morning that I felt bettter.
Dear called me. He is not working but will be attending a immediate short meeting. Thereafter, he can drop by to accompany me. In fact, he was with me since afternoon. It's been a long time that we have a one-to-one day together. With his busy working schedule and our working timing, we admitted that we have very little time spent for one another. My end of work may be start of his work and weekends are burnt for church, ministries etc. It seems a neverending process nowadays. So glad even when I am sick, he is there for me.
So, instead of helping him to wash his car. I stayed in the vehicle listening to songs. Kinda recalled back the time, we have bad BIG quarreled over the finances, speeding problems and he crashed his car so badly. God is so gracious. As that accident could mean that he would lose his life, end of our relationship and his longtime established relationships with his good friends because of misunderstanding and miscommunication. It didnt. But yes, maybe the relationships with his friends drifted apart but for us, it's another chapter of our relationship. God mould him to be the man of my life as I looked forward for another change in our lives taking place.
Anyway, in short, we had a sweet evening together shopping around the neighbour area, walking at the park and talking about our house. We have rejected a few blocks that the agent has advised and some low level area. When he flipped the classified just now, he saw the block we want - advertising. Did ask the agent to check for us. No idea whether there will be good news but we are still praying and commiting everything into His hands.
Dear God,
Thank you for the great day. We thank you for loving us and teaching us to love one another more. We pray that you will reveal to us what's in store and we just want to commit everything bits and pieces of our lives into Your hands.
Please guide us and show us the way.
