It's my mummy's birthday. She's 59 this year! Never celebrated her birthday and we surprised her with a cake this year. Also, taking pics. Haven't taken a single photo with her since my teens. After uploading the pics, somehow, I do resembles my mum. Especially the nose and the smile lines. Oink! heheehhee. Then I told my boyfriend, others told me, if you want to know how your partner look when they grow old, look at their parent. So, Dear, you know la. You will never get a slim wife 20 years down the road. This morning, my bro's galfriend passed my mum a birthday card. Very sweet, she made the card herself, plus thank you message. Well. it is very true. Harder for own children to express themselves, probably we are the traditional and older generation as compared to her (Sweet 21 this year!).Anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY DEAREST MUMMY!

My cough sticks on to me like a leech. Seems never ending and after I recovered shortly, it comes back to me. Today, I felt that my chest is so tight. Maybe too much frustration over the house. I felt that the main point to stay focus and know what you want instead of mass picking. Can you image visiting 7-8 flats over one afternoon. Out of all, something that is never on your list. One trial for me is enough. But he differs. In the end, everything went back to square. I just pondered the whole night whether I am in the wrong. But in the end, I told myself and told him, let's stay focus and not go across the line where we have set.My colleague's dad passed away. She mentioned his life is full of regrets. Over lunch, we also raised the topic about health. It's easy to tell someone to take it easy and rest. When it's your turn, you never learn to apply it on yourself till something happen.Reminds myself to pray that God will bless my grandparents and his grandma good health, especially when all of them either undergo thru ops or stroke this year.

Received the sms from my friend who went for house viewing yesterday. She liked the 1st house very much. But she dreamt that the house was haunted last night. Now, she's very sure that she wont be getting that house any more. Believe or not, maybe it's a sign that she should not buy or take that into consideration..

Not that I have switched my mind on area. But a bit kay poh, so, on invitation from my friend, I accompanied her for her 1st time house viewing @ Tampines. It was a great start for her. All 3 flats are in their original conditions. But it looked all alright to me.. better than the 1st viewing at my area. At least, no leakage of toilet ceiling and though some are btw 15-20 yrs, it's well-kept.In fact, we are using the same agent. The one and only, she is a very patience and sweet lady, so I recommended her to my friend. Still keeping a lookout that unit that I viewed last Sun. So sad, bid at SGD8k but kanna rejected. MMmmm.. I dont know but the current owner didnt do much to the flat so I am so reluctant to pay more but of course, the unblock view there - PRICELESS! Went a walk near the unit and did a prayer walk as usual. Happened to see that someone has utilized the plot of land @ the park for plants. Out of curiosity we seek for more information. To our surprise, that gardener, a young chap, told us all about the plants and meaning + intention of the land. Astonished by his knowledge, W/L asked him whether he's the plant lover that tv is going to feature next week. And he said YES! Wow, the world is so small. Before we learnt more about his passion, we get to know him in real person. So friendly! And he's my next block neighbour. So nice to learn that someone care so much about the environment, landscape and willing to educate the others :)

Yesterday was my outdoor gown fitting. Not in a mood after feeling sick the entire day at work. So, tried whatever they said and whatever they think it's nice. Designer was very concerned and told her assistant I wasnt well. So was a rush-rush one.Want some gown that is close to my AD one but everyone insist I should have something different. So, sigh.. it's not something I like. Rather I find it too old fashion.. But EVEYONE thinks it nice. So, should be it. Another day fixed in Dec for discussion with photographer and MUA. Also, fitting before PS. Jan, a fitting for tea dress and Mar another overall fitting.Seems endless.. But it is real customer service. I counted, from the 1st time I signed my agreement with them. I have been there 5 times!! At least another 5 more to go.

Aside all the unhappiness. As planned, instead of driving, using our car to M'sia. We tagged on to others for this trip.Of course, the refusal to talk but soften my heart. Our face to face conversation after 5 days of cold war. To cut short, we tried to work things out and enjoyed ourselves throughout the trip. It's a 2-hrs drive @ constant speed of 110km/per hr. Malacca has a very rich culture and people there are very friendly. Lotsa Chinese there too. But somehow, they can tell that we are from S'pore. Probably, we spending power there is high. I felt that they have retained the heritage and tourist area well. It looked the very same as I last saw Malacca, especially the church area. That's more than 10 years ago!I had exchanged SGD210 and spent every single dollars on small gifts. And yes, hahah... Food loh.. Had seafood for dinner, KTV session, lok-lok satay @ RM50cents per stick (cheap.. In S'pore, it's SGD2-3 per stick) and gravy is super thick! Hotel breakfast buffet, shopping. Lunch @ a bomb (RM600++ for 8 pax). Some said most expensive meal they ever had in M'sia. Eat till dropped! And shopping again!! (Most worth item - Fruit of The Earth Aloe Vera gel, price: 1/4 of S'pore!!). On our way back, bought KFC for dinner.End of 2D1N trip. Seems so long and relaxing one... Probably we will drive on our own next time.Back home, the metal binds are finally dismantle, up with new ikea curtains! :) Finally! Not bad..

I felt so tired. All above mentioned came together as we intend to tie the knots together.Marriage preparations. I felt drained because somehow mentally not prepared, especially for him. I felt that I am always left to be the decision maker as he cant give a reply or no time to do the sourcing most of the time. No support from his family. But thankfully, my sister is able to comfort me as she sees the issues. Now, then she knows taking it easy is not easy and why I am always mistaken for throwing temper.House issues. Still hunting and yet to come. When it comes, it's all about money money. Now, car issue. Car has seriously broke down and the best alternative is to repair and to prevent great loss - Buy another car under same brand and get slightly higher loan. All these comes together that cause so much misunderstanding and kinda thinking whether:1) postpone wedding2) delay housing, stay separately after marriage3) go w/o car for a few monthsI dont know how to explain to many. But I had so much struggles at one time. It's leading me to collapse.. The way God needs me to assist to mould a person is hard, painful and difficult process. The hills I climbed is getting higher and higher that I am running out my oxygen tank.Going thru wedding preps with disagreement coming is inevitable when it comes to planning and related decision. Yes, many has gone thru this stage and key is to exercise love and patience. But I am so tired, I am really trying very hard to cope..Tired. I have tried.. really trying, very hard..

Just came back from house viewing. It's finally a wonderful feeling. Probably it's night time. The spotlights that's on makes the living room looks spacious. They are having a semi countryside style which I like. But few pro. - Kitchen looks a bit undone.- Room is small as they have knocked down for walk way.- Previous store room and one of the rooms has been knocked down.- Valuation @ SGD273k, owner asking for SGD300k - that's SGD27k diff.- Someone has offered SGD285, rejected by owner which is SGD12k in cash.Wow. That's a bit of money. Even if we buy the house, some renovation to do.Mmmm... all above need cash... We will view the house in the day again and consider. Praying hard!

While shopping for birthday gifts, came across this cheap thick jacket @ SGD23.00. Word 'FOX' is printed on it.. hesitating whether to buy, P/H said if I buy and wear it, I am 'Hu Li Jin'. So bad, if man wear it, they are cunning fox, how about babies? Cause it's under the FOX wear. Mmm.. anyway, I bought it. dirt cheap. I can wear to church which freezes every Sunday and my sister can wear it for her upcoming China trip.Last Fri, I wore a green top. I am banned from wearing it on Friday forever. The G.M. team believes that green means 'Qing Qing'. On Friday, if anyone wears green in their team, they will have big issues like difficulty in running report and doing kitting. I dont belong to their group but I sit in the same room as them. So, I got screamed by them, pointing it's my fault. So Yuan Wan... :(Darling's car broke down again. This time got to do with the engine.. gear box. It's like never ending.. $$$ again. In the end, we got to postpone getting the wedding bands again. Looks like we got to spend some money repairing the car. Yes, indeed, do consider the committment of buying a car - it does not come cheap..
