Not that I have switched my mind on area. But a bit kay poh, so, on invitation from my friend, I accompanied her for her 1st time house viewing @ Tampines. It was a great start for her. All 3 flats are in their original conditions. But it looked all alright to me.. better than the 1st viewing at my area. At least, no leakage of toilet ceiling and though some are btw 15-20 yrs, it's well-kept.

In fact, we are using the same agent. The one and only, she is a very patience and sweet lady, so I recommended her to my friend. Still keeping a lookout that unit that I viewed last Sun. So sad, bid at SGD8k but kanna rejected. MMmmm.. I dont know but the current owner didnt do much to the flat so I am so reluctant to pay more but of course, the unblock view there - PRICELESS!

Went a walk near the unit and did a prayer walk as usual. Happened to see that someone has utilized the plot of land @ the park for plants. Out of curiosity we seek for more information. To our surprise, that gardener, a young chap, told us all about the plants and meaning + intention of the land. Astonished by his knowledge, W/L asked him whether he's the plant lover that tv is going to feature next week. And he said YES! Wow, the world is so small. Before we learnt more about his passion, we get to know him in real person. So friendly! And he's my next block neighbour. So nice to learn that someone care so much about the environment, landscape and willing to educate the others :)
