It's the first week of 2007. All my Sunday school kids have been promoted to another level, N4 (nursery 4). As leaders, we will be promoted to the same level with them. Comes next year, they will be in another 'club' and we will be routed back to teach N3.

I love seeing them each week. Every Sunday, I felt happy to know that they have grown physically, mentally and spiritually.

From crying babies, they learn to hug and tap my shoulders in form of telling me that they are here for lessons.

From helping them to do colouring to doing it independently and presenting me their great 'masterpiece' at the end of the day.

From sticking like superglue to enjoying worship and doing the hand actions of the songs.

From being inattentive to listening and answering questions of the bible stories.

I know that they are growing day by day. I felt great and achievement to know they are happy.

In the same way, God is watching us like how we look at these group of babies. He smiles and have the same heart feel. Mmmm.. What great joy it is!

And as couple, Dar and I learn how to help others. Advising and sharing with other MCP couples. From wedding preps, house, decors, money saving, concerns on family, edifying, encouraging one another. This impartation goes on and on.

Today, Dar also told me that in his job, he saw so many cases of married couples getting divorce. In fact, his close subordinate is one of them. For one and only reason - quality time. They have been busily working and forgotten or neglected about their spouses as well as family. I am so glad that he finally understand how I have been feeling all these while. In his foolish ways or being insensitive, he hurt me at times. And promised to learn how to spend time together as well as how to build our marriage and families together :)
