GDL will be fixed on 2 Feb, Fri. Counting down 11 days.
So far so good. Today is Dar's off day. We run some errands in the afternoon during lunch time. We went to the Teochew xi-bing shop @ Sembawang Drive. The boss is very friendly and taught us a bit of custom we have to do for GDL. Definitely getting some 'bing' from them, plus butter cream cakes and round butter cakes. That's total of 20+ boxes and the GDL basket on loan for free. The boss will teach us more as the time comes. Hahah.. that's great for us.
Shortly, I was told that there is a GDL shop in Yishun. In fact, the young boss told us they run of of stock because CNY is coming. In the end, we realised that we went to the wrong shop! No wonder the guy was unfamiliar with the things we have to buy.
Later in the evening, we went to the printer @ Ubi. Boss is very helpful too. As we go on filling up the form, he explained the reasons for stating some chinese characters in the card. Phew. Draft will be out in 1-2 day's time. And should be ready couple of days before GDL.
But of course, not everything falls in place. We have a bad argument with our BS. We told the boss that the outdoor shots were badly taken but we did the top-up cause it was the package they offered, not because the photos were good. In turn, they accused that we said that because we want them to throw in the EG free. PLEASE, we are not so desperate. We have our opinions and out of all, they also offered better deal to friends we recommended. Sigh, I hope all these nonsense will be put to an end. It makes both us very upset, especially Dar, being accused for nothing and he also a bit angry. On Wed, I still need to go down. Mmm... I hope their service level dont drop drastically. But thank God, all these trained Dar to be a man of a family-to-be and a better decision-maker.
