Yehhh!!! Jogged few rounds around my neighbourhood park. Building up my stamina, it's been quite some time. Nowadays, I felt breathless after walking in between my 2 office buildings every morning and climbing the steps.

Record of 13-14mins for 2.4km. Dar said it's quite good someone who haven't been execising for a long time. I agreed. I really like the feeling of breeze against my face as I jogged and definitely builds up my health too.

He called me, the speedy Nissan March. Slow but in long mileage, good engine.

Mmmm.. Maybe should trying to do it at least 3-4 times per week. Then hit my ideal weight? >.<
