Mind your health - an egg is the limit per day.
But I cant resist the eggs, especially egg white. Every morning breakfast at work, fried egg is a must. But I loved it half-cooked. If it is hard boiled egg, I will only take egg white. I remembered when I was young, whenever my mum cooked boiled eggs, I will throw the yokes in the bin. Of course, I kanna scolding from her - waste of food etc. Once, I thought I am smart to dig a hole in the garden and buried the yoke, who knows, the army of ants came and another nagging session. ;P
My ex-colleague who sits beside me, she is the best man! She will bring the eggs and I will bring my big mug up to canteen and pour hot water. Put aside for 10mins and enjoy the eggie session (Thank goodness we never get scolding from canteen since they dont sell hard boiled!)
Bad habits never change! I just dumped that yoke in the bin just now. Too bad, Hub is not here to share the yoke with me!
