This morning, Mr & Mrs Goon are officially owners of 273A, 15flr unit flat in SengKang area.

Greeted by the HDB officer, we have 40 signatures to sign off. While understanding the long process, Hubby bites off his Mcmuffin while I drank my cuppacino. We took a 25years loan, according to officer is good idea not to overstretch while we can recaptialise the loan any time.

Good advise is not to get a big flat if you want to go for HDB loan, currently standing at 2.6% annually. 4 room may upgrade for 5room or executive can apply for HDB loan next round but not downgraded.

To beautify the service balcony, all new flats must have the same type of window grills.. And no hacking only overlying for first 3 years.

Interesting information.

Now, we belong to the Pasir Ris town council. Not sure it's still under PAP..

Hubby was not very well so he was not as excited as the 1st appointment. Now, with headaches on sourcing around and how we are going to do up our flat to make 'Home Sweet Home'.

Looking forward to Sat to step into the flat for a 'feel' of new home.
