Today, we have finally signed up with an ID.

It was finalised as we cant afford to wait for contractor to do up the place one by one. I will be away for biz trip for 11 days and by the time I come back to iron the issues, reno starts and ends at end of Apr and Hub is away for his 1-mth attachment.

It's scary worrying the blowing budget but we cant be sitting on the house. I will be either away, at conferences or assignments and studies.

So, in end... But Hub really have to practise his negotiation skills. Today, his friend and I see him chopping just a carrot by the designer. Sigh. I thought I should not interrupt, but high time to have the chance to sign him up for any negotiation skills.

Be away by end of the week, lotsa things undone. Not sure if Hubby will do any thing stupid. Last time, I was away in Korea less than a week and he actually spend a bomb on that crazy sound system (which I realised that it can be settle for 50% of my house reno). It was also explosive for me to take it.. Helping him on installation. Crazy man.. if never done that I have more budget for my house.. Anyway, I think friends will help me to watch over him and nag at him for buying silly things.

But not sure why, my heart is unsettled. May be stressed..
