It's been a long long time, many months since I last updated this blog. Many would think I stopped blogging.

Been busy with work till lately..

I am closed to 12 weeks' preggie! Many congratulations and well wishes. This pregnancy is not easy for me. I know that I was pregnant since the baby is conceived. Believe or not, I was in my usual Sunday church service when God speaks to my heart and said "I have a gift for you".

In week 5, I took my kit to be positive, firmly a double line upon testing. We waited since my usual cycle is usually unstable and we really want a confirmation.. By then, there are so much body changes that we knew that our baby is in my body. With happiness and joy of tears, we welcome the news that Baby is due in Dec this year!

From week 4 onwards, I was hit by the MS (Morning Sickness) - the name is just indicating vomiting and naseau feeling and it could happen time of the day though there is the word 'morning'. It started from evening for a week and gradually a week till now, it turned to entire day.

So you can imagine every day I throw out countless time, every meal and every drink. It was the worst of anyone's imgaination, I am so dehydrated that my tummy is smaller than ever. I am at the gynae every week and tried everything to push up the sugar level, more ribena, milo, 7-up or 100plus beverage.

Last week was my nightmare, I realised I cant swallow any food than usual and not to mentioned liquid. I felt so weak that hubby was asking whether I want to go hospital. I simply endure till gynae is opened. Thank God Monday operation is in the early afternoon. The usual croweded, filled with mummies-to-be and long long wait (No matter how sick, you just need to be patient and wait!)~

Yes, I cant stop crying when I looked at the scanner monitor to know that baby is well and developing. But mummy is truly too weak, better go to hospital for drip as expected..

Thomson medical is filled with vehicles, never a normal parking slot. The valet I guess are only done for branded cars; so we drove the valet space. We opt for a 4 bedder but was upgraded to a 2-bedder. The first 2 dip pack was done within an hour to stop the vomitting and more water filled in my body. I think I never drink and retain a cup of water since week 5, no wonder I felt so 'watery'. Total I was on drip for 8 packs. Tiring as the machine will beep several time in the middle of the night and I was sleeping next to a lady who just finished operation, she is in deep pain (But I envious her for hearty appetite, she was complaining abt the hospital food and there I was; trying to swallow every bit).

2nd morning, we did a detailed scan for the baby. Everything went fine. Now I understand why active mummy got active child. Every movement of mummy affected the baby, I was encouraged to cough a few times to wake baby up and get baby into the correct positive for scanning. The little one is 'naughty' and got scolding by doc, while mummy looked into the monitor, little one behaved well again and in a beautiful positive accordingly to doc. If not, I will need to move about and scan in a few hr's time.

From the scan, baby has a sharp chin and side outlook which doesnt look like mummy, obviously more like daddy! Well, for gender, we will know in few weeks' time.

Mummy is at rest and constantly praying for the rest of the term to go well.

More updates later..
